NEWPORT, R.I. (Sept. 21, 2023) An East Coast-based Naval Special Warfare member presents an unmanned underwater vehicle to Vice Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Lisa Franchetti and Commander, Naval Special Warfare Command Rear Adm. Keith Davids during the 25th International Seapower Symposium. The symposium provided chiefs of the navies and coast guards from 135 nations, along with 45 U.S. flag officers, a forum to examine maritime challenges and explore opportunities to strengthen readiness for maritime security cooperation and partnership. Naval Special Warfare Group TWO produces, supports, and deploys the world’s premier maritime special operations forces to conduct full-spectrum operations and integrated deterrence in support of U.S. national objectives.
