CHARLESTON, S.C.--F-22 Raptors from the 27th Fighter Squadron pass over downtown Charleston, South Carolina in a finger-four formation after participating in the William Tell Air-to-Air Competition in Savannah, Georgia, Sept. 16, 2023. The 1st Fighter Wing returned home as winners of the Captain Eddie Rickenbacker Top F-22 Wing Award, Colonel Jesse C.
