Rubio, company commander of Intelligence and Sustainment Company, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF) conducts a twenty-five-meter 3-5 second rush during an Expert Soldier Badge (ESB) physical fitness pre-assessment at Caserma Del Din, Vicenza, Italy, Sept. 29 2023. The Soldiers were gauging their physical fitness for the upcoming ESB physical fitness assessment. SETAF-AF provides U.S. Africa Command and U.S. Army Europe & Africa a dedicated headquarters to synchronize Army activities in Africa and scalable crisis response options in Africa and Europe.
