SAVANNAH, Ga.--An F-22 Raptor from the 27th Fighter Squadron, performs a dynamic deceleration maneuver also known as the cobra maneuver after participating in a banner shoot event during the William Tell Air-to-Air Competition, Savannah, Georgia, Sept. 14, 2023. With advanced scenarios and experienced competitors, William Tell provided the opportunity for squadrons to develop new tactics and technology, codify lessons learned in combat, and encourage industry leaders to improve missile technology.
