Timothy Monroe, 319th Reconnaissance Wing commander, released his updated 319th RW mission, vision, priorities, desired end state and strategy during a senior leader summit Oct. 6, 2023, at Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota. Monroe’s second priority is, “Grow ready and resilient Airmen and families” and refers to the importance of the domains of resilience, a strong community and a support system for military families.
