Born in Kerala, India, Parappilly joined the Franciscan Order in 1994 and was ordained in 2007. He arrived in Denver in 2012 where he serves with the St. Francis Friary. He joined the Army in 2016 and is currently deployed to the Middle East as the senior catholic chaplain for ASG-KU.
