Master-at-Arms Senior Chief Frank Courtney (left), Yeoman Seaman Apprentice Alexander Quintero (center) and retired Master Chief Thomas Gomes (Right) represent the oldest sailor at the command, the youngest sailor, and the guest of honor for the command's Navy birthday ceremony conducted in the Port Operations Department earlier today. Gomes, who works at NAVFAC here, had formerly served as installation command master chief prior to his retirement from active duty. Thanks to the sailors and team at the Ney Hall Galley
