Tracy Hines, Deputy Director, Information Warfare, U.S. Space Command, walked across the red carpet and through the sideboys to join with dozens of members from across all the Commands in celebrating the U.S. Navy’s 248th birthday in the NORAD and USNORTHCOM headquarters on Peterson Space Force Base, Colo., Oct. 13, 2023.
