Kevin Costenbader, a Naval Aviator attached to Patrol Squadron (VP) 46, the ‘Grey Knights,’ gives Darby Stanchfield, an American Actress, a VP-46 command patch. Patches can be traded and gifted as a way to show gratitude or comradery. Stanchfield was participating in the “Ambassadors of Hollywood” tour sponsored by American Forces Entertainment (AFE), American Forces Network (AFN) and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) where they visited service members located in the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain.
