Joseph Otterbine, assistant fire chief of Marine Corps Installations Pacific Fire and Emergency Services, educates the staff of the Camp Foster Commissary on fire prevention on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 12, 2023. MCIPAC F&ES visited the Foster Commissary to educate customers on fire safety during Fire Prevention Month. Through the month of October, the fire prevention team and firefighters will travel to different Marine Corps installations to educate service members and their families on fire safety.
