U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers with the 7th Mission Support Command participate in the two mile run event during the Army Combat Fitness Test at Panzer Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany, Oct. 15, 2023. The ACFT provides the Army an assessment of all Soldiers' muscular strength, muscle endurance, power, speed, agility, coordination, flexibility, balance, reaction time and aerobic capacity. Reserve Soldiers complete two tests annually to gauge fitness and provide benchmarks for athletic improvement and progress.
