Army Sgt. Joey Cruz from the 1st Battalion, 249th Infantry (light), Delta Company, 2nd Platoon, Guam National Guard, Guam, gives his team a brief on the days training events on March 4 at Forward Operating Location Ali Sabieh, Djibouti, as part of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa missions. Soldiers from the Guam National Guard trained 127 Djiboutian soldiers anti-terrorism and counter terrorism tactics during a 10-week course covering 27 different areas of offensive and defensive operations to better secure their borders against the threat of terrorist in phases three and four of Operation Able Dart 08-01.
