    U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Francis Evon, adjutant general and commander of the Connecticut National Guard, local and state legislators, and representatives from the construction company break ground during a ceremony at the future site of the 103rd Airlift Wing's new Aerospace Support Equipment Vehicle Maintenance Composite Facility at Bradley Air National Guard Base, Oct. 16, 2023. The building will help the 103rd Airlift Wing accomplish their flying mission as it transitions to the new C-130J model aircraft.
