Construction workers climb down a fuel tank at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, New York, for the purpose to provide a workable fueling station for the KC-135 Stratotanker mission at NFARS. AFIMSC is currently managing the $840 million program to repair fuel infrastructure at Air Force installations.
