Maj. Gen. Michael Talley, commanding general U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence, had the honor of presiding over the appointment ceremony for Mr. Joseph Holland, SES, to Senior Executive Service Tier 2, at Blesse Auditorium. Mr. Holland joined MEDCoE to serve as Deputy to the Commanding. Prior to his current assignment, he served as the Deputy to the Commanding General at the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command, Fort Detrick, Maryland.
