Honorable Michael Connor, Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works, met with Todd Kilpatrick, commissioner, Tulsa County Drainage Levee District No. 12, and other key stakeholders during his visit to Tulsa District as part of regional governance week. As part of the visit,Connor visited one of the pump stations where he learned about the euipment used in times of high water crisis.
