CORONADO, Calif. (Oct. 20, 2023) - Command Master Chief Steve Cho presents a gift on behalf of the Chief's Mess to Cmdr. Andrew C. Serfass, outgoing commander of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit Three (EODMU-3) during a change of command ceremony onboard Naval Amphibious Base Coronado. As a component of EOD Group One, EODMU-3 provides EOD platoons to eliminate hazards from aviation, surface, ground, underwater and improvised ordnance.
