CALLAO, Peru (October 23, 2023) Chief Information Systems Technician Rodrigo Torres (center), a Navy Reservist attached to Destroyer Squadron 40 for Silent Forces Exercise (SIFOREX), instructs Peruvian sailors in the use of the Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS), a computer networking system available for use between U.S. and Partner Nations, in one of the operations centers set up for SIFOREX at Peruvian Submarine Force Headquarters on Naval Base Callao, Peru, October 23, 2023.
