U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Anthony Tecson, 20th Civil Engineer Squadron pavements and heavy equipment specialist, uses a compass to chart landmarks while learning expeditionary skills during Multi-Capable Airman training at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Oct. 17, 2023. Airmen were trained and evaluated on fieldcraft techniques, tactical combat casualty care, combat movement and various other expeditionary skills to expand their knowledge beyond their primary duties, better preparing the 20th Fighter Wing for the Agile Combat Employment model of force generation.
