Zosha Wiktor, an animal packer with the U.S. Forest Service, prepares a mule to carry U.S. Marine Corps aircraft-recovery gear to the site of a downed U.S. Navy MH-60S Seahawk at Inyo National Forest, California, Oct. 19, 2023. The combined efforts of U.S. Marines, Sailors, and Forest Service personnel allowed Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron (HMH) 461 to successfully recover an MH-60S Seahawk with a CH-53K King Stallion.
