Col. Isaac Torres, 414th Contracting Support Brigade commander, participates in a pie-in-the-face event during the 414th CSB Organizational Day on Caserma Ederle, Vicenza, Italy, Oct. 26, 2023. Organizational Days boost morale, and bring Soldiers and civilians together building strong cohesive teams. The 414th CSB’s mission is to provide direct contracting support to U.S. European Command, U.S. Africa Command, U.S. Central Command, U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF) and supporting units in the Vicenza and Darby military communities.
