Ahmad Thomas, a safety with the east coast team of the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl, nearly intercepts a pass intended for Ryan Switzer, a wide receiver, during their first practice Dec. 32, 2012. Thomas is a native of Miami and attends Miami Central High School. Switzer is of Charleston, West Va. at attends George Washington High School. The Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl will be nationally televised on the NFL Network from The Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif., at 6 p.m. Jan 4, 2013.
