U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to 2nd Battalion, 1st General Support Aviation Brigade, the 222nd Military Police and the 432nd Civil Affairs, all supporting 3rd Infantry Division, joined multinational troops with NATO’s enhanced Forward Presence Battle Group Latvia (eFP Latvia) to support a local community engagement near Adazi, Latvia, Nov. 2, 2023. At the youth event, troops showcased their equipment and answered questions about their military service. The 3rd Infantry Division’s mission in Europe is to engage in multinational training and exercises across the continent, working alongside NATO allies and regional security partners to provide combat-credible forces to V Corps, America’s forward deployed corps in Europe.
