U.S. Navy Capt. Walter Dalitsch III, NAMRU-Dayton Commanding Officer and Cdr. Douglas Searles, NAMRU-Dayton Executive Officer, conducted a Service Dress Blue uniform inspection Nov. 1 near the Command's static MV-22 Osprey ground based medical research platform at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The Command's officers are inspected bi-annually to coincide with the Navy's seasonal uniform change.
