Forty-one students rotate their tassels to the right side of their caps to signify their transition from one level of education to the next during the U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys Joint College Recognition Ceremony at the Morning Calm Conference Center, Nov. 3, 2023. The ceremony is hosted annually by the U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys Education Center to recognize students who have completed all necessary requirements to obtain a college degree or are within 15 semester credit hours of graduation.
