LABASA, Fiji (Nov. 3, 2023) – Musician 2nd Class Jacki Skewersis, unit leader for the Pacific Partnership 2023 combined band, plays the oboe during a band performance at Labasa College as part of a Pacific Partnership 2023 host nation outreach engagement, Nov. 3, 2023. Now in its 18th year, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
