    U.S Air Force Staff Sgt. Lauren Tranchitella, 182nd Operations Group aircrew flight equipment technician, Staff Sgt. Richard Dennis, 169th Airlift Squadron crew chief, and Master Sgt. Jake Pogeman, 169th AS flight engineer, perform a preflight inspection on a C-130 Hercules aircraft from the 182nd Airlift Wing, Illinois Air National Guard, at 33rd Air Base, Poland, during Aviation Detachment Rotation 23-4, Sept. 12, 2023. ADR provides the U.S. with an environment to exercise quickly receiving and integrating forces alongside our allies and partners. ADR is a bilateral training exercise with the Polish air force designed to enhance allied interoperability, maintain joint readiness, and assure regional allies of NATO capabilities.
