Monica Gaschler has had the unique opportunity to collect data at the YPG extreme hot weather test center in Yuma, the tropics of South America, and the extreme cold weather in Alaska. Gaschler mentors and trains data collectors to prepare them for the winter test season and provides overall test database management to all test programs at CRTC and is well versed with the challenges of artic testing.
