NAVAL OUTLYING FIELD IMPERIAL BEACH, California (Nov. 3, 2023) The outgoing commander of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 11, Cmdr. Jay Higgins presents a parting gift to the command during the change of command ceremony. As a component of EOD Group One, EODMU-11 provides EOD platoons to eliminate hazards from aviation, surface, ground, underwater and improvised ordnance.
