FORT LIBERTY, N.C. – U.S. Army Sgt. Alec Beach, an infantry Soldier from the 82nd Airborne Division, conducts restraining techniques on a fellow servicemember during OC (pepper) spray training for borrowed military manpower on Fort Liberty, N.C., Nov. 3, 2023.
