U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Josh Kotler, special activities director with III Marine Expeditionary Force, teaches a period of instruction during an Advanced Trauma Life Support Class, on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, Nov. 7, 2023. During the training, sailors received guidance from experienced instructors affiliated with the American College of Surgeons.
