U.S. Marine Corps Korean War veterans placed flowers by the names of those who lost their life during the Korean War at the Korean War Memorial’s Wall of Remembrance during a reunion for those who fought at the Battle of the Chosin Reservoir in Washington, DC on Nov. 3, 2023. The Wall of Remembrance features the names of the 36,634 Americans who died supporting the war and more than 7,174 Koreans who died while augmenting the Army.
