U.S. Marines with Marine Rotational Force-Southeast Asia, I Marine Expeditionary Force, receive a debrief after a patrol during a Corporals Course on Marine Base Rodolfo Punsalang, Palawan, Philippines, Nov. 8, 2023. The course provided U.S. and Philippine Marines with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to become successful small-unit leaders using realistic problem-based situations that they will encounter. MRF-SEA is a Marine Corps Forces Pacific operational model that involves exchanges with subject matter experts, promotes security goals with Allies and Partners, and positions I MEF forces west of the International Date Line.
