U.S. Marines with Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces South eat birthday cake after a cake cutting ceremony celebrating the 248th U.S. Marine Corps Birthday, New Orleans, Nov. 9, 2023. The motivational run started at Crescent Park and traveled along the Mississippi River, through the streets of downtown New Orleans, ending at the National World War II Museum for the cake cutting ceremony.
