The Battles Won Comeback Award was presented to Kameron Eustace, a student of Trinidad State College and native of Zuni, New Mexico at the National Junior College Athletic Association Cross Country and Half Marathon Championships Banquet and Award Presentation in Huntsville, Al., on November 10, 2023. The Battles Won Comeback Award is presented to an athlete who overcame personal battles to compete in this years’ nationals and recognizes the mental and physical resilience to overcome obstables in order to succeed.
