Chief Warrant Officer 5 Yolondria Dixon-Carter, the senior warrant officer advisor to the Chief of Staff of the Army, discusses maintenance operations in the 1st Battalion, 67th Armor Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division motor pool at Fort Bliss, Texas, Sept. 27, 2023.
