U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Francina Matos, 86th Maintenance Group quality assurance inspector, welcomes attendees to the 2023 Women in Maintenance Empowerment event at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Nov. 3, 2023. Matos organized the event that included a guest speaker that is currently serving at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. The guest speaker described a mentorship program she started while stationed at Ramstein AB, which inspired Airmen to begin their own within the 86th Maintenance Group.
