U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Devonte McNish, an electro-optical ordnance repairer with 3d Littoral Logistics Battalion, 3d Marine Littoral Regiment, 3d Marine Division, acts as a simulated casualty during a tactical combat casualty care competition during KAMANDAG 7, at Camp Cape Bojeador, Philippines, Nov. 11, 2023.
