    The Coast Guard Cutter Polar Star (WAGB 10) is moored prior to departing for Operation Deep Freeze in Seattle, Nov. 15, 2023. This year was the first year the Polar Star was able to moor to this specific pier as a result of an expansion project at U.S. Coast Guard Base Seattle.
