Two fish biologist from Normandeau gather a juvenile fish that has successfully passed through a new Kaplan turbine at Ice Harbor Lock and Dam. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers continues their partnership with Normandeau Associates Inc. and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory to conduct juvenile salmon survival testing at Ice Harbor Lock and Dam on the Unit 3 adjustable blade turbine in November 2023.
