    Lt. Col. Beth Roxworthy, Commander of the 34th Division Sustainment Brigade; Lt. Col. Melinda Weller, Commander of the 108th Multi-Functional Medical Battalion, and Command Sgt. Maj. Brian Boyer, the Commander Sergeant Major of the 108th Multi-Functional Medical Battalion, stand at attention during the memorial ceremony for Spc. Nathaniel Jefferson in the Crestwood Readiness Center. Spc. Jefferson's unit, the Illinois Army National Guard's 710th Medical Company Area Support, held a memorial ceremony for him at the unit's readiness center in Crestwood, Illinois, on Nov. 19. Spc. Jefferson died on Aug. 11 after completing the Army Combat Fitness Test while attending the Basic Leader Course on Camp Shelby, Miss.
