U.S. NAVAL BASE GUAM (Nov. 20, 2023) - The Orote Point Commissary welcomes patrons as Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) employees restock shelves ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday, Nov. 20.
Following the discovery and removal of an insect infestation in products at the US Naval Base Guam and Andersen Air Force Base commissaries, both started receiving cleared dry goods shipments from the Commissary Distribution Center (CDC) on Nov 13.
Over the weekend DeCA received five high-priority grocery flights carrying more than 70 pallets of groceries amounting to more than 110K pounds of goods.
