Students of the inaugural Inter-Pacific Air Forces Academy class listen to the keynote speech during their graduation ceremony, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, November 16, 2023. IPAFA is a leadership course that includes all Allies and partners throughout the Indo-Pacific. The idea for IPAFA came out of the Pacific Air Chiefs Symposium 2021, and existing courses such as Airman Leadership School and Senior Non-commissioned Officer Academy that have international student enrollment on a space-available basis.
