Construction of Dorm 1 at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, is nearing the halfway mark. Furniture will arrive in December for a final inspection of the first completed room. The five-story dormitory will have 480 single occupancy rooms. The dorm will include community activity areas, kitchens, laundry facilities, a theater, meeting rooms, office space and a rooftop terrace. It is due to be completed December 2024.
