U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Michael Lloyd, an emergency physician with 3d Littoral Logistics Battalion, 3d Marine Littoral Regiment, 3d Marine Division, teaches a trauma care class to employees of Bangui District Hospital during KAMANDAG 7 at Bangui, Philippines, Nov. 14, 2023.
