U.S. Army Soldiers from Task Force Tomahawk, assigned to the East Africa Response Force (EARF) in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), evaluate shooting performance after small arms marksmanship training during an urban rifle marksmanship course Aug. 10, 2023, at Arta Range. The urban rifle marksmanship course provided EARF soldiers with advanced movement and shooting training, which maintains their high-level tactical competencies and allows the EARF to stand ready to rapidly respond to crises throughout the African continent.
