At WSLP contract 101a, sand hauling is currently underway and will continue for the next few weeks. The 72-inch culvert installation across road J is complete and the excavation of the drainage canal to the east continues to take shape. In addition, about 95% of clearing has been completed between access road J and I-10. The next step will be to place wick drains in the next month.
