An Afghan and coalition security force arrested a Taliban leader in Shah Wali Kot district, Kandahar province, Jan. 1, 2013. The detained Taliban leader facilitated lethal aid to insurgent fighters throughout central Arghandab and southwest Shah Wali Kot districts.
