    USAID supported the Tawergha Youth Group to work with the Tawergha Municipal Council to refurbish the local community center. Youth volunteers cleaned up the main recreation area, painted the playground, and will next refurbish sports courts. USAID encourages civic engagement and responsive government for all citizens by promoting youth participation with municipal councils.
