Pavone enabled the successful execution of the 110th Wing's deficiency management program leading to a reduction of audit deficiencies by 61%, inspector general electronic management system (IGEMS) deficiencies by 92%, and an overall 75% decrease in "undetected non-compliance" across the wing.
